Connections
Building community, reducing isolation, and developing life skills in a welcoming, supportive environment.
About the Connections Program
The Connections program is a community-based social and peer support service for adults living with mental health challenges. It provides a safe, structured environment where participants can connect with others, practice real-world skills, and work toward greater independence and well-being.
Peer Support
Connecting with others who share similar experiences can be transformative. The Connections program fosters genuine peer relationships that reduce isolation and build a sense of belonging.
Social & Recreational Activities
Participants engage in a variety of activities designed to build social skills, encourage healthy routines, and simply have fun. Activities may include group outings, creative projects, life skills workshops, and more.
Life Skills Development
Structured programming helps participants practice and strengthen the everyday skills needed for independent living — such as budgeting, cooking, navigating public resources, and communication.
