Telehealth Services

High-quality behavioral health care from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Care Without the Commute

Capstone Behavioral Healthcare offers telehealth appointments for many of our services. Telehealth lets you meet with your therapist, counselor, or psychiatrist over a secure video connection — from your home, your car, or anywhere with a private internet connection.

Telehealth is especially helpful for people who live in rural areas, have transportation challenges, have difficulty leaving home, or simply prefer the privacy and convenience of remote care.

  • Psychiatric medication management appointments
  • Substance abuse counseling

Insurance & Cost

Most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, cover telehealth appointments the same as in-person visits. Our sliding fee scale also applies to telehealth services. Contact us to confirm your coverage.

Yes. We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure your session is private and secure. We recommend finding a quiet, private space for your appointment.
