Recovery is possible. Capstone’s substance abuse program uses evidence-based approaches to help individuals overcome addiction and build a foundation for lasting wellness. All services are delivered on an outpatient basis, allowing you to maintain your daily life while receiving care.

Assessment & Evaluation

We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand your history with substances, your mental health, and your life circumstances. This guides the development of your individualized treatment plan.

Individual Counseling

Work one-on-one with a licensed substance abuse counselor to identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and address the underlying factors contributing to substance use.

Group Counseling

Group sessions provide peer support and skill-building in a structured setting. Groups focus on topics such as relapse prevention, communication skills, and managing emotions.

DUI / OWI Evaluation & Education

Capstone provides court-recognized DUI and OWI evaluations, as well as required educational programs. Our staff can guide you through the requirements of your evaluation and treatment.

Relapse Prevention

Maintaining recovery requires ongoing support. Our relapse prevention services help you develop a plan, identify warning signs, and build the skills needed to sustain sobriety.

Integrated Treatment

Many people face both mental health and substance use challenges at the same time. Capstone’s integrated approach coordinates mental health and substance abuse care in one place, so nothing falls through the cracks.
