Capstone Behavioral Healthcare is committed to ensuring that everyone who needs care can receive it. As a National Health Service Corps site, we serve all patients regardless of ability to pay.
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). For those without insurance or who face financial hardship, a discounted sliding fee scale is available based on family size and income.
No one will be denied services due to inability to pay.

What to Expect
Your first visit will include an intake assessment to help us understand your needs and connect you with the right services. Our team of licensed professionals will work with you to develop an individualized care plan.
We offer services at two convenient locations in Newton and Grinnell. Telehealth appointments are also available for many services.
